We're thrilled to invite you to celebrate with us at the Melrose Market on Capitol Hill. This location holds a special place in our hearts, as it's the very place where the Marigold & Mint began its journey eventually becoming what everyone knows at The London Plane.
Tickets for this exclusive event are $50 per person, offering you an intimate opportunity to savor Suli's latest creations, connect with London Plane’s sweet family and sip on Marc’s tasty aperitifs.
Beyond the delicious food and drinks, you'll also have the chance to deepen your connection with The London Plane. Books can be pre-ordered online for your convenience, ensuring you secure your copy. Hawa Hassan's Book Tour Brunch "Setting a Place For Us""
We are thrilled to welcome Hawa Hassan, award-winning author of In Bibi’s Kitchen and proud Seattle native, to Café Suliman for a special collaboration brunch celebrating the release of her stunning new book, Setting a Place for Us. This deeply personal collection shares recipes and stories from eight countries shaped by war, offering a powerful look at resilience through food. The book will be available for purchase at the event.
Brunch is my favorite meal,rarely enjoyed these days, but always a treat. For this occasion, we’ll feature a few of Hawa’s recipes with a Café Suliman twist: from Iraq, Bagila Bil Dihin, fava beans with flatbread and fried eggs; and from Lebanon, Hindbeh B’Zeit, braised greens with caramelized onions and fregola sarda.
Joyous Society Wine Tasting At Cantina Sauvage
This is going to be a unique and incredible opportunity to meet the makers of these amazing labels all under one roof here in Seattle at our very own Cantina Sauvage. Cafe Suliman will also be providing a couple snacks at this event. Tickets are $20 which will cover the wine tasting, food and 15% off wine purchases at the event.
